The Yomega Raider/Fireball: "Pat Mitchell" Style!

This modification looks like it will definately screw up your yo-yo, but there is a way to reverse it and start over. I will tell you at the end.

Materials needed:
2 Yomega Raider/Fireball yo-yos
4 Plastic Spacers
2 Raider axles (Only if using Fireballs)*
2 Raider bearings (Only if using Fireballs)*
1 Strip of 600 grit sand paper

Step #1:
Place 2 Plastic spacers and 1 bearing inside one yo-yo, and repeat with the other.

Step #2:
Sand both plastic spacers on the side that touches the bearing in each yo-yo so that the plastic spacer is even with the starbursts. It is important to remember to use 600 grit sand paper and sand on the side that touches the bearing.

Step #3:
Get ready to CRANK! This means to overtighten the yo-yo, like you are going to strip the axle. But with the plastics in there, it won't strip, but the gap will slowly reduce in size. Do this constant cranking until you find the gap size that fits you best.

Step #4:
String up and your ready! Remember to use brain lube when lubing your newly moded yo-yo. To do this, apply a little lube behind the plastic spacer on the non-axle side, and apply a very little lube directly on the axle.

VERY IMPORTANT:
If you cranked the yo-yo too much and the gap is too narrow, don't worry, there is a way to reset the gap and start over. I have not tried this yet, but you might need new plastics for this. To reset the gap, place 3 METAL spacers in the yo-yo, and tighten. That should reset the gap so you can start over.
