Some
Interesting Carrying Cases

I
got bored carrying only one yoyo at a time, but didn’t want to carry my
bigger cases around with me. I found this
hanging in the school supply section at Wal-Mart. It is intended to be a pencil case – only $0.97 (Yup – that’s
97 cents!). It is canvas, with a
reinforced, soft bottom. They come in
a variety of colors; some really bright colors, too. There is a carrying loop at one side and a
zipper with a convenient hole in it for my string tool.
It is big enough to comfortably hold any of my Jams, Difs, and even my
G&E Poison. |
Here
it is with three Jams – from the left: an orange Night Moves 2, a cobalt
XCon, and a red (yummy!) Dark Magic.
I usually carry a fourth yo, so there is plenty of room in this
case. You can trim a thin piece of
foam rubber to fit between your yos, if you are concerned with the rims
banging or rubbing each other. |

Here’s
another case I use. I got it at Ace
Hardware in the toolbox section. It
was about $14, if memory serves.
There is a top, divided portion that is great for all of your small pieces,
as you’ll see in the next photo. The
lower section is divided horizontally and comes with cross dividers for
optional use. |
Here it is
with the top cover open. As you can
see, all my small parts and small tools fit into this section. This is great – when I’m traveling, I can
usually fix most anything that I want.

And
here it is with the top cover totally open, showing some of my
collection. You can see the cross
divider holders, if you would prefer to make smaller compartments. When the collection was smaller, I put
only one yo in each compartment. Now
I line them up like this. I use a
small piece of foam rubber at the end of each row (look to the left) to keep
some pressure on the yoyos – this keeps them from banging and sliding around
during transport. |

Good Luck!
Hope this helped!
