I don't know why, but one day I (aka Dave) desided to try using two
dice instead of just one. How about a one tied to the end and one
sliding? I figured I might be able to do some astro jax like stuff
easier this way. I tried 3 different set ups.
1. Big die on end small sliding (15 grams)
2. Two small dice, one sliding one on the end (10 grams)
3. Big die in middle and small one died to the end (15 grams)
I soon found out that the 3rd worked best.
Aparently at the same time I was inventing this style, Doc was too. I
found out that Doc had been doing the style, but a little different,
the same time I was doing it. But we hadn't talked about it to each
other.
The name Double D came from my friend Nick who calls me by my nick name
"double d". He named after me and that fact that there was two dice,
double dice.
