Start out with a houdini drop hold, just as you would for Kamikaze. Drop the string off of your right hand. Swing the yo-yo in a counterclockwise direction around your left hand. If done from a Double or Nothing, this move ends in a trapeze. Here, however, it will not. Okay, there should be three strings on your left index finger, with two of them forming a loop. Insert your right index finger to the right of the third string segment and into the loop. Swing the yo-yo around your right hand and land it on all of the strings except the one going directly to your yo-yo finger. Now swing the yo-yo in the opposite direction, around your right hand, around your left hand, and land it in a sidestyle Mach 5. The next move is a pop-up, which is illustrated here.

So you’re back in the houdini drop hold. Insert your left thumb into the loop of string on your left index finger. Now drop the back string off of your thumb. Swing the yo-yo around your right hand in a counterclockwise direction and land it on the back string of your right index finger. I hope that made sense. Reverse what you just did and you’ll have the neat Red Clover hold.

Pop the yo-yo up in the air and land it on the string that’s going directly to your yo-yo finger. Reverse that ( i.e. pop the yo-yo up in the air and land in on the front string ). Drop everything off of your left thumb and you’ll have a trapeze.
