(Trick created by Gabe Lozano)

This trick begins with a bucket mount. If you don’t know how to do this, look at the illustrations for "In the Bucket" at KWOS. The string on your right index finger…put it on your right thumb. Now there are two strings on your right thumb. Put both of them on your right index finger. Aight, your left index finger should be above the string coming directly from your yo-yo finger. You want to have your left index below that string segment. Drop the loop of string off of your left index finger ( at this point you may want to hold the loop in place with your left thumb ), put your finger underneath the string coming directly from your yo-yo finger, and insert it back into the loop of string. I hope that made sense. Everything should now "feel" like a split bottom entry, as far as the positioning of your fingers is concerned. In fact, you are even going to do some backward barrel rolls.

There are two strings touching your left index finger. One is a single segment and the other is sort of a loop/triangle. The loop/triangle is in front ( i.e. closest to the end of your finger ). Perform an underpass with this string. You are beginning what shall be known as "bucket rolls." Okay, there are two strings on your right index finger. There is one string on your left index finger. Pop the yo-yo up in the air. It will hit the string on your left index finger and travel around your right hand. At the same time, you will switch hand positions, left hand over right hand. That completes a bucket roll. Now do 1 ˝ more bucket rolls.

After that, switch hand positions again. Your left index finger will go underneath your right hand and intercept whatever strings are there when you switch. Perform a couple of forward somersaults. If you noticed, you did 2 ˝ bucket rolls before the somersaults. After you do the somersaults, complete the third roll.

These next few moves are tricky to explain. You have two strings on your left hand. Start as if you were doing another bucket roll, but instead of an underpass, have the yo-yo go in between the two string segments. There is a loop of string on your left index finger. Pinch it, so that it will not fall off during the next move. You are going to switch hand positions, left over right, and the yo-yo will fly up in the air. There are three strings running between your hands. Land the yo-yo on the middle string. Drop everything off of your right hand.

There is a loop of string on your left index finger. The "front" string of this loop and the string coming directly from your yo-yo finger form a triangle of sorts. Insert your right thumb into the loop. And put your right index finger behind the string coming directly from your yo-yo finger. Now push both your right thumb and right index finger up through the triangle and pull your hands apart. You have basically pulled out a bucket. If there is a string on your left "wrist," um, correct that…so that you’re in a completely normal bucket.

There are three strings running between your hands. The yo-yo is on the middle string. Pop it up in the air and land it on the front string ( i.e. the string farthest from your body ). Pop it up again and land it back on the middle string. The string on your right index finger…put it on your right thumb. Okay, now you’re ready to do the dismount.

Using the front string on your left index finger, perform an underpass with your right thumb, similar to Spirit Bomb. From there, you’re going to do a dunk, also similar to Spirit Bomb.

All of the strings form something that looks like a heart. There is a string segment running through the middle of the heart. Dunk the yo-yo around your right index finger in a counterclockwise direction, landing it on that middle string segment I described. It should be the front/right string. Now, there are two loops of string on your ( right ) thumb. Put the front loop on your right index finger. Drop the strings off of your thumb and left index finger and you’ll be in a trapeze. That ends StarTropics; one of the most advanced bucket tricks in existence!
