(Trick created by Jared Sadoian)
Throw a wrist mount. Drop the strings off your left hand
and you will have the beginning of Spirit Bomb. Now here comes the different
part. Grab ( doesn't really matter how ) the "knot" area with your
left hand and then bring
your right hand down, threading the back string of the upper triangle into the
yo-yo and letting the string on the other side of the yo-yo come out. The yo-yo
should go up and around the right side of your right hand. Now bring the yo-yo
down, and let go of the left hand grab, allowing your hands to become uncrossed.
Slide the string off your right wrist, and you will have a one-handed trapeze.
Stick your left index finger in and do a dunk to a Double or Nothing. Here comes
the hardest part. From the Double or Nothing, pop the yo-yo up in the air ( not
hitting any strings ) and drop the loop off your left hand while the yo-yo is in
the air. Your hands will cross ( this is almost the exact reverse of Kwyjibo's second pop-up )
and your right hand will hit the string that should be about vertical right now.
Land the yo-yo on the string and you will have a crossed 1 ˝ mount. Flip it
over to a regular 1 ˝ mount and drop the loop off your left hand. You will be
in the position similar to the aforementioned one-handed trapeze. Swing the
yo-yo counterclockwise and your right hand will go over your left hand
naturally. When the yo-yo is at about the 3 o’clock position, let the
whole thing hit your left index finger. Drop the loop off of your right hand and
it will swing around and disappear. Hit the straight string with your right
index finger while uncrossing your hands. You will now have a trapeze's brother
hold. Pop the yo-yo onto the back string, drop the string on your right hand,
and you'll be in a trapeze twist. Pop the yo-yo up, remove your left index finger, and hit the string again with
it; landing it in a trapeze. You have completed U-Turn.
