I made this from a TBBGT and an Imperial top. Taking the cap, cut it down to fit tightly inside the yoyo half. It should pop in VERY tightly like a yoyo 'pog'. Then pull out the tip. Wrap medical tape around the tip so it fits inside the hole of the cap. This is a fairly hard mod, because if you are off with your cutting, the yoyo and top will wobble terribly. I tried making a P213 with the top part of the spintop, but it wobbled so bad, the string wouldn't stay on the tip. This mod still wobbles, but the short base makes it not as bad. I used a jigsaw to cut my top.
