This division is set up for anyone that is interested
in yoyoing and wants to learn the basics of the sport and reep the awards
of participating amongst others in their same ability level. Who can join
this? Anyone that isn't competeing in the other yoyo divisions and wants to
join in. So you can join this division and the Tops R Us division if you choose.
