Start out this trick in the Split Bottom mount
position. To learn most of the mounts used on this site go to Ken's World On A String. |

Step 3

Push your left index finger against the two highlighted strings. |
Step 4
| The yo-yo will hop over your finger and land on the two yellow strings. | ![]() |
Step 5
![]() |
Now move your left hand up above your right. |
Step 6
| Let the yo-yo swing out without catching it on any strings. | ![]() |
Step 7
![]() |
When the yo-yo swings back catch it on only the yellow string. Move your left hand down in front of your right. |
Step 8
| Pull your hands apart to pop the yo-yo up into the air; don't catch it on any strings. | ![]() |
Step 9
![]() |
When the yo-yo is up in the air bring your left hand back and your right hand forward. |
Step 10
| Land the yo-yo on both the highlighted strings. It seems to catch here sometimes when you land it. | ![]() |
Step 11
![]() |
Pop the yo-yo out in front of you. |
Step 12
| Roll the yo-yo back and miss the top string but land it on the bottom string. | ![]() |
Step 13
![]() |
We can just finish it off with a chain reaction finish. Underpass the yo-yo with your left hand. |
Step 14
| Now just do a forward somersault. | ![]() |
Step 15
![]() |
And your back in the split bottom mount. |
